Recommended Work Passives
These passives increase work speed, letting your base Pals process tasks faster. Stack as many high-rank ones as possible.
Base Operation Tips
- Prioritize low-appetite Pals (appetite of 3 or less) to keep food costs manageable.
- Pair nocturnal Pals with daytime Pals at the same station for round-the-clock production.
- Even a level-3 Pal is better than no Pal — never leave a station empty.
- Concentrate high-work-speed Pals near crafting stations for a noticeable throughput boost.
Guide Commentary
The cornerstone of an optimized base is work level. A Pal with a higher work level always outperforms a faster Pal at a lower level. The table above is computed from the full dataset and shows the true TOP 3 for every suitability. For Kindling the peak is Renjishi at level 8, Watering goes to Shaolong, Seeding to Dandilord, and Generating Electricity to Orserk. Notably, the top Handiwork Pals are nocturnal, so pairing them with a daytime Pal at the same crafting table effectively doubles throughput. Passive-wise, Serious (+20% work speed) is the entry point, Artisan (+50%) is the mid-tier target, and Remarkable Craftsmanship (+75%) is the endgame benchmark. Keeping low-appetite Pals on base reduces food overhead, and combining day/night pairs at every station eliminates idle hours entirely.
